Make New Again specializes in a range of services, including but not limited to Photo Manipulation, Photo Restoration, Photo Colourisation, Photo Scanning, and Photo Printing. Each service is meticulously curated to cater to our clients' diverse needs.

2. Payment and Deadline:

To initiate any work, clients are required to make payment in advance. This ensures a streamlined workflow and allows our dedicated team to commence the restoration process promptly. In cases where a deadline is stipulated, timely responsiveness to emails, messages, and phone calls is essential. Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly to facilitate an efficient restoration timeline.

3. Account Lockout:

Upon selecting the Login page, users are responsible for their account access. While Make New Again endeavors to assist users encountering account access issues, we do not bear responsibility for any lockouts resulting from user actions.

4. Nudity in Restoration:

Make New Again permits the restoration of photos featuring nudity, provided that the subjects are 18 years of age or older and have provided explicit consent for both the original photograph to be taken and its submission to Make New Again. This policy aligns with ethical standards and legal considerations.

5. Ownership:

The ownership of the original photographs remains with the client. However, any restoration, colorization, or enhancements conducted by Make New Again become the intellectual property of Make New Again. This grants us the right to utilize such restored content for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and printed materials.

6. Right to Refuse Service:

Make New Again reserves the unequivocal right to refuse service for any reason without prior notice. We maintain a commitment to providing services in a respectful and professional manner. Any aggressive behavior towards our staff will result in the cancellation of the order, with a refund for work not yet undertaken. Completed work will not be eligible for refunds.

7. Payments and Refunds:

Payments can be processed via phone, BACS, or through our website. In the event of a service cancellation by the client before work commencement, a 20% cancellation fee may be applicable. Due to the nature of the work, once the restoration work has commenced, refunds are not available for completed tasks but may be considered for future work not yet initiated.

8. Revisions and Expectations:

Make New Again is committed to client satisfaction. We offer multiple revisions until the client is content with the restoration outcome. Our team endeavors to manage expectations, especially in cases where a photograph is deemed 'too far gone' and may be challenging to restore. We assure every effort to restore photos to the best of our ability.

9. Liability for Photo Damage:

While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of original photos in transit and during their possession by Make New Again, clients acknowledge that the original photos are susceptible to further damage or potential loss. Clients are advised to package original photos securely and may consider additional insurance for valuable items.

10. Privacy Policy:

Refer to our detailed Privacy Policy for comprehensive information regarding the collection, usage, security, and protection of personal information. This includes details on third-party services, cookies, user choices, children's privacy, and the process of updating our policies.

11. Age Restriction:

Make New Again's services are not designed for minors. Clients must be 18 years old or, in the case of those aged 13-17, possess written parental permission to avail of our services. This policy ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards.
